Notice on adjustment of declaration requirements for import goods declaration form
In order to firmly promote the epidemic prevention and control of non-cold chain cargo at ports, the General Administration of Customs has decided to adjust the filling requirements of related items in the Customs Declaration of Import Goods of the People’s Republic of China and the Record List of Import Goods of the Customs of the People’s Republic of China as follows:
I. The new “Preventive disinfection has been implemented” (according to the Evaluation Criteria for On-site Disinfection during the COVID-19 Epidemic (WS/T 774-2021) : “Preventive disinfection refers to the disinfection of places and articles that may be contaminated by pathogenic microorganisms when no clear source of infection exists.” ), which is a tick box, including “Yes” and “no”. The domestic consignee or his/her customs declaration agent of imported goods should select “Yes” if “preventive disinfection” has been carried out, and “No” otherwise.
II. “Preventive disinfection has been carried out” and “date of departure” must be filled in for actual entry goods.
